Punta Cana Recap


Our client invited our Management Team to an all inclusive 4 day vacation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! (Have we mentioned that we LOVE our client?!) We had so much fun living in bathing suits for the weekend and soaking up the sun on the beach while networking. Here is a quick recap of our recent adventures, enjoy!
We stayed in the Hard Rock Resort where each room comes with a hot tub in the middle of the room and 24 hour room service! We could even order guitars to our room, no big deal.



We had some huge parties planned for us at the beach and by the pool. Saturday, there was a foam pool party and a life size beer pong tournament by the beach.  (Fun Fact:  The life size beer pong tournament was a fundraiser we held to help with hurricane relief of the Dominican Republic) Saturday night, our client hosted a White Party for us. The night was filled with delicious food, dancing, and fun!



We spent some much needed time in the spa (our Junior Partner, Germain, even treated himself to a spa day) and went on adventurous excursions: snorkeling and riding horses on the beach.

Here are our pictures from horse back riding on the beach! Ranchero Caribeno was such a great host.  We even met some cute pups, chickens, and iguanas while we were visiting the horse ranch!

We want to brag on our team a little...

The third quarter of 2017 has been an exciting time here at Iris!  We have been helping our guys dominate their goals and in turn crushing our year goals already (it's only September, no big deal...)!  Here is an update of some exciting milestones: Grant Hixson:  Management Grant hit standards to become a branch manager for our company!  His goals are to help our company expand to Montgomery, Alabama and to continue to train business leaders.  We are so proud of Grant's 2 years of hard work that have gotten him to his goals, but we are not surprised by his success because he truly exemplifies Iris' core values in his everyday life.  We hate to see you go, but we love to watch you leave!  Best of luck in good ole' Montgomery! Meet The Team | Nicholaus Tavale

MEET THE TEAM! Nick is from American Samoa and ended up in Charleston from his time in the Navy. Don't let his tough guy exterior fool you, he is one of the most kind-hearted, caring, family oriented people we know! He has two adorable sons and the coolest wife, she is still in the Navy!
